The Casey/Hovey BOSS will be conducting a Cooking Class at Dongducheon, South Korea. The goal of the class is to raise Soldiers awareness, appreciation and obtain life skills through cooking and food safety. Soldiers will learn basic cooking and knife skills. Soldiers will also learn about the nutritional values of the food they will be cooking.
