Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395 as the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty, is one of Seoul’s most iconic landmarks. Located just north of Gwanghwamun Square, it symbolizes Korea’s royal heritage and is beautifully set against the backdrop of Mount Bugaksan and Mount Namsan.
Insadong is a vibrant neighborhood where visitors can experience the essence of Korean culture. Lined with wooden tea houses, traditional restaurants, art galleries, and antique shops, it is also the best place in Seoul to find unique souvenirs, handicrafts, pottery, and calligraphy items.
