Participants may register at any USAG Yongsan-Casey Fitness Facility beginning 1 May.
Pre-Briefing: 19 May, 6 pm
Each team will consist of 5 personnel.
- 800m Run
- 200 Pull-ups
- 200m 35 lbs Weight Plates Carry
- 200 Dips
- 400 Push-ups
- 200 Knees-To-Elbows
- 400 Sit-ups

The “Maltz Challenge” is an annual physical fitness event named in honor of Master Sergeant Michael J. Maltz. MSGT Maltz, a U.S. Air Force Para-rescue jumper, was killed in 2003 while attempting to rescue injured and sick children in Afghanistan. The Maltz challenge commemorates the lives of not only Michael Maltz, but of all the Americans who fought against evil in the world.
