The Namsan Seoul Tower, Korea’s first general radio wave tower, was built to promote the future of broadcasting and tourism industry. It combines a broadcast tower and an observatory which embodies traditional Korean design.World’s famous towers are known as iconic structures of the city and the country. Likewise, the Namsan Seoul-tower has become a symbol of Seoul and a popular tourist attraction for the last 40 years.
Namsangol Hanok Village is located east of Myeongdong, near Chungmuro station, is a small display village of five traditional Hanok buildings. Hanoks (traditional Korean houses) from the Joseon Dynasty were moved to this village and restored to recreate this traditional village. Visitors can try traditional Koran games and see the re-enactment of a traditional Korean wedding ceremony.

• Participants should be prepared to spend the day walking.
