- Decorate your vehicle with a Halloween theme and compete for prizes!
- Costume contest for children & adults!
- Trick-or-treating and complimentary hot beverages!
- Vehicles must be ready by 1730
- Awards ceremony will be held at 1930:
- Best Decorated Vehicles
- Best Costumes (Children & Adults categories)
