  1. Cost: $80 per month
  2. Minimum 5 & Maximum 12 sign-ups required.
  3. Please sign up and make payment at MWR Leisure Travel Services (Bldg. S-2236). 
  4. Both US and KN employees can use one hour of CFHPP per session, up to 80 hours per year, with the approval of their supervisor.

Taekwondo is an ancient Korean martial art. But the sport is not just about kicking and punching. Taekwondo offers several advantages to anyone considering taking up a sport or hobby.
